The award decision is made collectively by club members present during the review visit. There must be strong agreement that the restaurant deserves this special recognition.
Step 1: Official Club Visit - The restaurant must be visited as part of an official MK Curry Club review night, with multiple members dining together to ensure a comprehensive assessment.
Step 2: 5-Star Rating Achieved - The restaurant must first earn a 5-star rating based on our standard review criteria, demonstrating excellence across food, service, atmosphere, and value.
Step 3: Certificate Consideration - Club members discuss whether the experience was exceptional enough to warrant the 5★ Certificate. This is a collective decision that considers the overall impact and memorability of the visit.
Step 4: Award Announcement - If awarded, the certificate is noted in the published review with a special badge. The restaurant is informed of this honor and joins our hall of excellence.
