Kardamom Lounge Review - May 2024 Enjoyable drinks at the Old George, always our ‘go to’ when in Stony. It’s been a long time since we visited the Kardamom. Well, I think we have been missing out, overall, a very good evening. It was quite busy when we arrived and remained quite full all evening. Good to see. Blue/purple lighting, quiet music, very clean tables and welcoming staff. An excellent choice of starters, including meat, sea food and fish. In fact, bordering on too much choice. Not only that, very generous portions. See below for all our positive comments, of which there are many. Well done to the Kardamom, keep it up and we will return soon. The Chairman

- ✓Dhall, Bindi, Sag Aloo, all sides very good
- ✓Rice and naans, no complaints on quality
- ✓Facilities all very clean
- ✗Quite a long wait between starters and mains, it was a busy restaurant though
- ✗Onion bhaji a bit dry
- ✗Peshwari naan, cold, was missed on order
- ✗Keema naan, cold, the naans were clearly waiting for the mains
